My team is comprised of very talented people with complimentary backgrounds and strengths. We generally work really well together and help each other out. I love my team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are unified in what the company is working to accomplish, how we add value to our customers and partners, and relentless and at maintaining an outstanding culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I'm at work I'm all in, but I'm not expected to be "on-call." While I get emails and messages while I'l not working, not only am I not expected to monitor and respond to them, but am encouraged to let them be until the next work day. This is a big difference for me and greatly appreciated.
