They provide lots of opportunities for us to socialize and get to know one another and learn from each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters are approachable and the hiring managers are just as interested in making sure that we are a good fit for the candidate as they are about making sure the candidate is a good fit for us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My success is in my own hands - lots of room for movement and promotion. My health coverage for myself and my family is exceptional and reasonably priced, and there are many benefits options and flexibility to choose a package that's right for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small and personable, but we get to interact with almost every other team at the company which helps us to be well-rounded and diverse in our knowledge and experiences. My team is also made up of different specialties, so I get to learn something new almost every time we collaborate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work hard, play hard. We enjoy each other and are more inclined to sit together and decompress at the end of longer workweek than run home. The office itself is also designed to keep us engaged, from the cafe, to the gym, game room and relaxation areas, we have many opportunities to break up the day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are part of the team - in the office you can't differentiate a VP or director from any other employee. They are open to suggestions and opinions from every level of the company and are truly excited to see us do well as individuals and as a company. I've never seen anything like it before.
