The company encourages people to recognize others for the great work that they do. I love that! It feels good to be acknowledged when you are working hard and I have never been at a company where I have felt so appreciated all the time.
I love how flexible and accommodating the job is with hours and scheduling. You have a set schedule that gets bid on every quarter, but you aren't stuck with that because there are ways that you can flex things around if need be. It really shows that they understand you need a work/life balance.
Nothing really was good. We were usually pinned against each other for sales.
I love how we all work together and are so supportive and appreciative of one another! I look forward to speaking with them each and every day!
I love that even though we work at home, we still all have a very fun and encouraging work environment! I also love that we are able to recognize our coworkers when we feel they have done something worth recognizing! It is nice to be able to give shoutouts to others for the awesome work they do!
