What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team should exercise more professionalism when it comes to treating their employees equally. This includes: not excluding vital team members from meetings based on preferential treatment, delegating menial tasks (also based on preferential treatment), leaving personal matters at home.
Learning to learn constantly by not fearing failure. Being an example. Hiring more women as leaders. Thinking what to do to get their employees motivated.
