What perk or benefit should Xanterra have?
Much lower insurance rates.
Perks and benefits for non seasonal core returning employees. Getting to choose dorm/room would be a good start. Even better, perhaps paying more for no roommate.
How innovative is Xanterra?
Not at all. Environmental issues are just a guise for cost-cutting. If it costs money, they don't care about it. They don't do anything new or better than other hotels and are very stuck in a "we've always done it that way mindset.

Flexibility. In a season, your co-workers change, don't always speak English, and your hours and work week will change too. Be flexible!

This is a company that will let you change your life. There are tons of different jobs and if your first job does not suit you, you will be able to change it. The opportunities of advancement are endless! Stick with it, show that you are a good worker, and the world of Xanterra is yours.
