I love the managment team for transportation!
They try to do what they can amid the corporate constraints that often have them hogtied.

Cost of living at Death Valley
Extras! We are getting a lot of unexpected bonuses
I am not a core employee yet so I don't have benefits. It would be cool to have some type of seasonal benefits for people who only work summers even if its not as much or just a seasonal bonus.
Insurance is extremely overpriced and many cannot afford it.
I felt over worked and I didn't feel like anyone liked me
Better pay, more benefits for short-term/seasonal employees.
I have worked.in my position 20 years, and as the lead 15. I make eighty cents more an hour than a trainee. Experience and skill should count for something.
I love ski shop. We are a small team and everyone gets along well
the willingness to contribute to the day to day operations.
Everyone is kinda and helpful I really enjoy my teammates
We are able to work together to provide the best possible guest experience. We hold each other when one of us struggles.
They are just good people. Im enjoying getting to know them all.
More experience amd passionate people
Being nice when talking to other coworkers
Could work together better if we were given the same opportunities for training, encouragement and developmental other departments. Also, if we actually had a supervisor that knew our jobs. Xanterra cut the position and there a no managers or supervisors that actually do the job.
Our team keeps angopd attitude
The coworkers are the best part.
The fact that they are really into sustainability
We work as a team
Working with a diverse group of people
Employees need to be treated with respect and not contempt. HR needs to LISTEN!
Quit cutting hours. Listen to your employees better. Managers need to lead and learn to respect the needs of their employees. If an employee is hurting, dont undermine their needs/concerns.
Have more support for employees mental health
A new general manager! Employees treated as assets and not liabilities. Better pay and recognition for years worked and skills learned. Focus on providing good guest service and not just on trimming the budget- especially the labor budget.
Everyone was helpful and answered questions
The lady I talked to she was very good and nice
They were very personable and encouraging
The questions that were asked during the interview
Really don't remember if I interviewed- was hired over twenty years ago.
HR needs more training and understanding of autism
My coworkers and i get paid to tale people skiing
My immediate managers are genuinely interested in their team.
My coworkers and staff in other areas
I enjoy working with our guests. Helping guests to celebrate special occasions or simply be amazed at one of the wonders of the world is an incredible experience.
I enjoy interacting with guests
Actually go by the companys vules
Address your open door policy and modernize it. Also take your employee mental health issues serious you could have had a suicide on hands.
Employee morale is negative due to an impersonal general manager that does not communicate with front line employees. This needs to change. Stop making so many cuts to hours in the busy season. Let employees have their microwaves and crockpots back. Supervusors need to have an understanding of jobs
I like the potential I see to create great experiences for our guests and the chance to meet people from all over the world.
Respect.for employees. A new general manager and a manager or supervisor for the position I am in - not reporting to someone who has no idea what my responsibilities are.
