- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am not a core employee yet so I don't have benefits. It would be cool to have some type of seasonal benefits for people who only work summers even if its not as much or just a seasonal bonus.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Insurance is extremely overpriced and many cannot afford it.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Employees need to be treated with respect and not contempt. HR needs to LISTEN!
