What are some of the best things about your team?
I love ski shop. We are a small team and everyone gets along well
the willingness to contribute to the day to day operations.
Everyone is kinda and helpful I really enjoy my teammates
We are able to work together to provide the best possible guest experience. We hold each other when one of us struggles.
They are just good people. Im enjoying getting to know them all.

We work hard despite the fact that we receive little to no recognition and our supervisors rarely communicate with us.
I get to meet people from all walks of life and even from other countries! I love the diversity.
Everyone is so friendly and happy.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More experience amd passionate people
Being nice when talking to other coworkers
Could work together better if we were given the same opportunities for training, encouragement and developmental other departments. Also, if we actually had a supervisor that knew our jobs. Xanterra cut the position and there a no managers or supervisors that actually do the job.
