What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are strong in beliefs and dedicates to succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity & inclusion. More than just hiring women to create gender balance, but a culture built around allies and inclusive language. Their motto is "Going to War", which affects the company. War is combative and encourages conflict. The company needs some values of "humility" and "helpfulness".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are no benefits, just a very good salary.
