What did you like most about the interview process?
The TA was enthusiastic, cheerful, and explained each step. Well-organized, the coding test was fair, everyone was friendly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity & inclusion. More than just hiring women to create gender balance, but a culture built around allies and inclusive language. Their motto is "Going to War", which affects the company. War is combative and encourages conflict. The company needs some values of "humility" and "helpfulness".
