Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Xero pay on the low end of the market. Thats quite a common theme. Especially in New Zealand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people and the passion for a great experience when you first start to using your computer and working with our amazing suite of internal tools we have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
As the organisation has grown the leadership team come across rather disconnected now days. The additional layer of management in the Executive GM has been very detrimental to the operations of the business and killed the agility we once had.
