The long term incentive scheme is a really nice way to give people stock options.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Xero care about creating an environment in which we feel comfortable. We have great coffee and entertainment, and everyone truly enjoys hanging around in the office and socialising after work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being in a positive environment with happy positive people who are passionate about the work we do. Everyone is supportive and there is flexibility in working time and arrangements when necessary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Three stages, conversation with office manager for cultural fit, technical interview, and then an interview with the PX team again for cultural fit. It gives me confidence that I will work with the right people in the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth and human. They are fun and approachable and not sitting in an ivory tower. They care about all their employees and want to do what is necessary to make Xero a fun place to work to get the best out of their people.
