Leadership is very transparent, open, honest and there doesn't feel like there is hierarchy. No one has a desk and everyone makes an effort to get to know individuals

Our LTI scheme! We also have a team of people who constantly work on reviewing the market and ensuring that each individual is paid fairly based on their experience, role and what the market rate currently is

I love coming to work. The space is great and the people are even better. It helps we have proper coffee, pool tables, table tennis tables, free fruit, sparkling water, soft drinks, Friday Night Drinks, team and office events etc
