What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commissions based on the work I do, we are also issued shares annually.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The actual interview with the managers was very casual and allowed me to be myself to make sure I fit in with the Xero culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and they act in the way they expect everyone else to! They are very down to earth and easy to connect as we don't feel the barrier to approach them at all!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people are very positive and will take initiative to try and make the work environment great! Most people also reflect the company values and give it their best go by approaching issues with the best attitude too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we produce a GREAT product makes our job easier to promote the product. I think Xero is also trying to contribute to society beyond producing the best profit so it is nice to work for a company that care more than just money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A good variety of personalities and talents! Most people are honest and treat each other with respect, there will always be an odd one out who do not fully reflect the values of the company but always a WIP to get them all on board!
