They walk the talk. I was skeptical at first as every company talks about how great they are to work for but with Xero it's actually true.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The share scheme is very good. The longer you work for Xero the more you accumulate which is why it's called a long term incentive scheme. The flexible work arrangements are also very good.
