Round the world meetings provide everyone an insight of how all regions are doing. These are normally recorded so if you can't attend then you aren't missing out on any vital information.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They live by our values and ensure that our culture isn't lost as we grow bigger. They also invest in us, Xeroes to ensure that we do the best work of our lives everyday! :-)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting stocks/shares as it encourages you more to do better at your work as you are an investor, more than an employee. Also, we have other benefits that are really good eg Wellbeing initiatives monthly, discounts on banks/insurance, etc.
