I've never worked with a more supportive group of people. You're really encouraged to focus on your strengths and do the work that matters most to you.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do daily is satisfying. I understand how my role fits into the big picture and I feel like I'm making a real difference for the future of the company. I also always receive praise for a job well done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had the chance to meet with several people I would come to work with, including the managing director who sat down with me to answer all of the questions I had. I also had the chance to tour the office and see examples of the kind of work I would be doing in my role.
