Xero is a great company to work at, the pace is a bit fast and the architecture suffers, but things are improving

No technical "tests" that don't resemble real work in any way.
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to work from home once a week, with kids this makes a big difference.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Xero tends to pay at or slightly below market, but the culture and benefits do make up for it a bit.
