Gender equality not just being C team but throughout team leaders and their own teams.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Nurturing good people and their skill sets, slowing down as the high pace is causing scarring with regards to feeling not heard or feeling like decisions are being made spur of moment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they were looking to hire a person, rather than a job. I think it’s important to get the right people however it’s more important to keep them. We lose a lot of great people which can be hard on other staff.
