Xero is like a family. We all love and support each other an all of our leadership is open to anything.

My internal team is the best team at Xero. We are more like family than co-workers. We never take ourselves seriously and have a ball!
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom to work how I want to. They hand me stuff and I do it the way I want. I also appreciate being able to work from home a couple of days a week as I live far from the office.
