What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversity and inclusion is totally missing from the company. Men are hired and promoted over women at every level and team. The executive team is almost exclusively white
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They offer great insurance and a good compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay women and men equally for equal work. Improve benefits to be with market for tech.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the people I work with on a daily basis. However, the corporate culture of Xperi is becoming too damaging to continue working here.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The leadership at Xperi is very California based, and doesn't seem to grasp that there is a whole world that doesn't have the same mindset - both employees and customers.
Start hiring staff to make up for the huge loss of talent
