What are some of the best things about your team? They can be fun and positive
What are some of the best things about your team? The people in the trenches are some of the smartest, hardest working people I've worked with. It's too bad the leadership team continues to layoff the US employees and replace them with offshore contractors that we have to continually retrain.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The yearly bonus is usually decent.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?employees need to feel empowered to make decisions and be trained in what legal, fiscal, and ethical decision-making looks like.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? Not enough people left who know the systems, makes work a grind house, no time for pleasantries, let alone lunch. Leadership needs to stop panicking and let the projects run for longer than a month or two before concluding things are failing and doing a complete 180 in their strategy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I do not get paid enough to keep me motivated
