Having the highest GSS rates and one of the highest survey rates in the store. Guests will call back hours or days later conplimenting service. It makes me feek good to know that im doing something right.

Like i've stated someone needs to have a sit down and review how the managers are with the female staff.

There are many problems that are in need of imprvemwnt at my job but for starts the managment needs to be reevaluated. And team members should be given promotions based on expereince and time put in at the resturant not just because a manger likes them or because of the skin color.
Checking the cameras for coworker interactions. Hiring less violent people.
The food always takes 40+ minutes to come out and it comes out made incorrectly and cold almost all or the time. No to mention they let seafood out that smells rotten. They send out desserts still frozen
Poor treatment of employees, dirty restaurant and horrible standards
Hire people who are there to work and not just people to fill positions
