Lots of tasks no promotion
The company have cut benefits and perks every year while improving none - all of which cost-save. Yearly reviews and bonuses are communicated at most 3-days prior to being paid and not allowing scrutiny - bonus/review structure are so vague it's impossible to understand
management doesnt communicate in a proper way, rates our performance in a very subjective, and a very unclear way. basically there s no way for an employee to get your full bonus - and you really don't know why
