Nice colleagues difficult to progress

Poor management not a good job

Awful culture, every decision made is based on saving money and zero support to promote a positive environment - almost every team dislikes working in the company and openly talks about it. Toxic environment and management have essentially given up.

Communication - there is none of it. Most of the time company news is learnt via external sources.

the leaders of the company have one goal to reduce the expenses and that apparently mean to get rid of any executive who's been around for longer than one year

Lots of tasks no promotion

The company have cut benefits and perks every year while improving none - all of which cost-save. Yearly reviews and bonuses are communicated at most 3-days prior to being paid and not allowing scrutiny - bonus/review structure are so vague it's impossible to understand

management doesnt communicate in a proper way, rates our performance in a very subjective, and a very unclear way. basically there s no way for an employee to get your full bonus - and you really don't know why

My role is lacking challenge and progression and the company structure means that no importance is placed on my role or opinion, and I often feel quite undervalued. No involvement or presence of HR and since my manager unable to support my development (which is overdue) then it's hard to be motivate
