sick atmosphere, whether it's snow or traffic - you are being penalized for calling out or being late with the perspective of termination
My role is lacking challenge and progression and the company structure means that no importance is placed on my role or opinion, and I often feel quite undervalued. No involvement or presence of HR and since my manager unable to support my development (which is overdue) then it's hard to be motivate
The managers aren’t very friendly and are very confrontational
