We keep it very relaxed and conversational. At the end of the day, we are trying to get a glimpse of what the future collaboration with the team will look like. There is also a huge emphasis on the culture piece and getting to know the person beyond the text of their resume!
I had a group interview with members of the management/ leadership team. It wasn't scripted and felt like an open conversation about what value I can bring to the company. They were engaging and ask great questions
For technical roles it's a mix of different interview types to gauge a mix of technical skills and how well people will fit into the department.
It was very welcoming, and the company was very honest and open about the company's challenges rather than trying to mislead or sugarcoat
Interview was informal and included lunch with manager and a chance to meet some other employees at Ytel.
The interview process was fairly smooth and I didn't feel intimidated
The company knows what they are looking for and will not give up for the success of the company based on who they hire. I was able to understand what the job role was and was able to come in and crush it with the right expectations
