The best part of my compensation package is how competitive my salary is with other technology companies. Also, at Zebra we have many benefit choices to fit a wide array of needs. We're provided a good about of PTO the longer we're with the company.
I'm paid pretty well, that is what caused me to move over to Zebra.

It is reasonable, not great. It is high time that company considers one time normalization across the organization as engineers are under the impression of compensation is not consistent across the organization.

For a tech company I feel like some of their engineers are paid low
If emoloyees were paid and revognized based upon performance rather than the old boy network. Leadership is in denial about reality
It's not harmonised enough, which is fine if you're like me, in a bigger country, but not so if you are in the outskirts. Different benefits available within comparable regions. Not good!
