What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too political and ambitious not always to the benefit of team or company.
Stop listening to gossip and promoting witch hunts within the organization.
Not promoting buddies as much as fresh minded people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stocks, car, pay. The rest is ok as well

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For a tech company I feel like some of their engineers are paid low
If emoloyees were paid and revognized based upon performance rather than the old boy network. Leadership is in denial about reality
It's not harmonised enough, which is fine if you're like me, in a bigger country, but not so if you are in the outskirts. Different benefits available within comparable regions. Not good!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
leaders are not held accountable for their actions. Bullying is tolerated. Blame shifting for bad contracts. Pay is lower than industry standards. Layoffs always loom overhead so team success can be compromised to hold onto you position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very laid back and easy going. The environment is very welcoming. The pace is chill

We work to win, but in doing so we also consider the people around us.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Tempted to say a reboot of middle management and supporting functions. The culture in, at least parts, of Europe is cut-troth and passive aggressive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was incredibly easy and they responded on time. No ghosting
Multiple interviews which gave me an array of people to speak with to make sure it was a fit for me too.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quality standards need to be more important than quantity
Too big and political to be agile. To rigid and careless in the end, though the sales arm tries to compensate for this on behalf of the customers.
