Good. Except for compensation and promotions, everything else is positive. Compensation - High time for one-time normalization Promotion - No defined process and don't know when we will get promoted. Happens as per the manager's discretion.

It is reasonable, not great. It is high time that company considers one time normalization across the organization as engineers are under the impression of compensation is not consistent across the organization.

Technically team is very solid and team members are really helpful. Each and every member including contractors are valued and respected for their work. Most discussions are productive. Team is open and positive minded.
