Tempted to say a reboot of middle management and supporting functions. The culture in, at least parts, of Europe is cut-troth and passive aggressive.
Too big and political to be agile. To rigid and careless in the end, though the sales arm tries to compensate for this on behalf of the customers.
It's not harmonised enough, which is fine if you're like me, in a bigger country, but not so if you are in the outskirts. Different benefits available within comparable regions. Not good!
Highly skilled people. This is what keeps the ship floating for the time being I believe. Not that any part of the company has unprofessional people, all are clearly good in their domain, just not geared towards utilising the potential within.
