If emoloyees were paid and revognized based upon performance rather than the old boy network. Leadership is in denial about reality
It's not harmonised enough, which is fine if you're like me, in a bigger country, but not so if you are in the outskirts. Different benefits available within comparable regions. Not good!
Better pay in line with industry standards

leaders are not held accountable for their actions. Bullying is tolerated. Blame shifting for bad contracts. Pay is lower than industry standards. Layoffs always loom overhead so team success can be compromised to hold onto you position.
Tempted to say a reboot of middle management and supporting functions. The culture in, at least parts, of Europe is cut-troth and passive aggressive.

Quality standards need to be more important than quantity
Too big and political to be agile. To rigid and careless in the end, though the sales arm tries to compensate for this on behalf of the customers.
