It can be a great company to work in if you are lucky enough to get hired in a team with a caring manager, the company was not able to adapt to the Covid times and sales are down. 2 rounds of HC cut and a huge amount of high skilled talents that are leaving due to confidence reason with the company.

it was a very long process with no real reason, an overseas manager that took it time to make a decision, and the local team that took their time in general.

it's all about the people and the managers if you are lucky you have a great manager that takes care of you on the personal and professional level, adding to that a great team it's just the best
