You apply via ZipRecruiter's website, a recruiter contacts you for a phone screening, and if you're moved up you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was brought on-site to meet with two managers I'd be working closely with, and there was a quick hiring decision made shortly after. I was looped in by my hiring manager throughout the process, and the offer letter was emailed to me soon after. You don't get a lot of time to sign the offer letter.
In my experience, I phone screened with HR/Recruiter. Then phone interview with hiring manager. Then brought on-site a couple of weeks later to interview with hiring manager, a manager in another department that I would be working with, and a future peer. Offer followed about 7-10 days later.
It is comprehensive both from a technical evaluation as well as a culture fit. We make sure we are creating "best fit situations" for both candidates as well as our existing, valued team members.
Takes a while to get the interview set up. Starts with a phone interview by a manager, then an in person interview with everyone on most people in the team. Lasts about four hours
Very standard. There's an initial phone screening, a manager phone interview, and an in-person interview.
Pretty standard, though depends on who you're interviewing with...everyone's style is a little different
