    The best I've ever had. Unlimited vacation policy. Get your work done and be responsible, but otherwise, you're free to take the time off that you need.

    Unlimited vacation! Employees can take up to two weeks paid at a time. Unlimited amount throughout the year.

    Unlimited vacation, you need to let your manager know at least two weeks ahead of time though.
