I've never been so amazed to hear so much about culture during an interview process to find it was all actually TRUE when I started working. Employees are happy. Managers are generally interested in their employees and operate with good intent. Truly awesome.

Not having to travel because Zoom uses the tool they sell to make it easy.

The mix of pay is great...base pay, bonus, stock, and benefits are either at or above market.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to reach out to co-workers with questions. They are so willing to help and offer suggestions. Very collaborative work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are in constant communication because we use the Zoom tool to maintain contact via chat, phone, and video conference. Our product makes us so successful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team keeps us all in sync with major product developments and decisions that are made about the company. We are all owners, so it's great to hear how things are going. Transparency is key.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote work is easy, so we have great flexibility to work longer hours without having to brave traffic difficulties. Everyone is willing to pitch in to make the work be done faster. With a diverse team, we're also able to get great ideas from each other to deliver the BEST products and processes.
