What's the company culture like at ZOZI?
The people (exclusive of management) is what made this place amazing to work for. The culture club did a fantastic job of planning events that promoted inclusiveness and cohesion. A team cohesion that continued even after a massive layoff. On the Con side, there was (is) a high level of distrust with management because of zero transparency. I can't speak for what the new outlook may be but if it's the same leadership, I would steer clear of this company.
