I love making games, learning new skills, and having an impact across the workplace; Zynga enables me to do so and also invests in me, providing growth opportunities other companies would not deign to consider. These responsibilities demand much, but Zynga recognizes and encourages self-starters.

Nothing specific is going wrong, but of course things can always be improved.

The company could be better at prioritizing. Also, when are we acting as one Zynga team/company/leadership group and when are we acting as individual studios with their own personality, goals and priorities.
