They need to stop being arrogant people and appreciate what employees actually do for the company. Many of us work very hard to keep things moving and only see rewards for the squeaky wheels or those who feed the egos

Usually present for the all hands and no much else, too many managers with zero managing skills, managers are usually selected for years in the company but not actual experience managing teams.

Better vocal communication instead of everyday emails.

Al lot of people with good intentions but not experience, most of the features are rushed and not well thought at all. Not too many people connecting the dots on the big picture.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

it has become EA. If you are not from EA, your days are numbered. Anyone who has an opinion that is different than the leaders, should pack your bags

The studios are all different so each team and part of the business has its own vibe. Its great to have lots of different teams - but we could work harder on sharing between teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing specific is going wrong, but of course things can always be improved.

The company could be better at prioritizing. Also, when are we acting as one Zynga team/company/leadership group and when are we acting as individual studios with their own personality, goals and priorities.
