BIO: Saugata Saha is President and Chief Executive Officer of Qlik Technologies, a global leader in data integration, data quality, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Based in New York City, Saugata leads Qlik’s next phase of product innovation and commercial growth, helping enterprises turn trusted data into business action as AI adoption reshapes how organizations operate. Saugata joined Qlik from S&P Global, where he most recently served in dual c-suite roles: President of the Market Intelligence division and the company’s first Chief Enterprise Data Officer. He was a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team, helping shape the company’s strategic direction and growth. Prior to his most recent role at S&P Global, he served as President of the company’s Energy division, leading it through a period of transformation, accelerated revenue growth, and margin expansion. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer for two divisions at the S&P Global, Market Intelligence and Platts. Earlier still, he led Financial Planning and Corporate Strategy for the company, served as COO of the Global Technology organization, directed integration for a major acquisition, and led the Strategy team within S&P Global’s Ratings division. Before S&P Global, Saugata spent seven years at McKinsey & Co. in New York, advising clients on strategy, M&A, corporate finance, and operational improvement, with a focus on financial services, private equity, and fintech clients. Saugata began his career at The Godrej Group, a major diversified conglomerate based in Mumbai, India, where over seven years he held leadership roles in sales and e-commerce product development, led supply chain re-engineering initiatives, and worked in the Office of the Chairman on strategic initiatives. Saugata holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with Honors, from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India; a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, India; and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a George F. Baker Scholar.
