I have been here 3 months after being a deli manager with hannaford. This place is an absolute joke. Hr is not helpful and it always seems to be an inconvience when you approach them. The so called deli manager at these stores are "fresh managers". They spend no time in the department.

Giving some kind of recognition for good work. They literally had a contest with prizes for people who show up yo work on time for a month. Shouldnt thid be common sense? Its like kindergarten.
