You have to be full-time employee to get benefits and they only hire part timer so they will have to give them benefits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company eliminated my position and offered me a position at a significantly reduced pay rate. I would feel better about my pay if it was equivalent to the effort I put in.

Lots of good people lost their jobs unnecessarily while the top dogs stayed safe at home and got rich. New management who appreciate and treat their employees with respect and fair pay would be helpful.
