Gifted shares, better health insurance, vacation offerings, higher pay. We endure too much stress for what we get. Even as ive moved up the pay never matched the stress.

I refuse to say anything unless its in an actual meeting

Compensation due to job well done rather then friend ship connection,

Working different shifts. Always helping out other departments but not receiving help in mine when I'm alone

Trust those you hire to make decisions on their own. If you dont trust them to do just that the hiring pricessbis broken. Get a better hiring process, train them well on each task and the same. Dont just leave them in the weeds. Give them the proper tools they need to be successful, good floor mats

You gotta go faster - incredibly slow and almost nonchalant

Be one on one more. Person to person.

HR is the front face of the company. The interview process should be pleasant and friendly and not be something the interviewer hates to do. The writing was on the wall on how hostile this work environment was going to be.

Dontbtell people the job is a ful time position and then let them justbfind out they part time

Theyre cutting TM hours and forcing nembers into self check out. Members pay to shop why in gods fucking name are we making them scan themselves out? That should he optional not the default. 1 scheduled cashier, plus leadership cashiering a line going directly to the back every day isnt good enough
