Scheduling and hiring the correct people

Scheduling, work life balancing, attitude, employee complaints, training, ordering, waste, overall everything. I work at 215, fayetteville.

They need to start picking up the slack and help out when their employees need help. I've encountered multiple times where they would just stand around and just talk with each other. They also will target specific employees as if they have a vendetta against them.

That the members are still a very important lart of the business, it should be more important to treat the members as if they matter more than just a renewal or a credit card prompt. Everything has bexome about the matrix and not customer service

They need to reslize that the word " team" is worthless when used to bully staff. They need to stop giving lip service to corporate feel good words and treat staff as worthwhile, valued members and not as disposable items !
