Was nice when I first started 16 years ago but after the company went public it started to nosedive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How much they equally despise the company leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not fire or demote their hard working employees in order to restructure their business to line their pockets after a record profit year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company eliminated my position and offered me a position at a significantly reduced pay rate. I would feel better about my pay if it was equivalent to the effort I put in.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lots of good people lost their jobs unnecessarily while the top dogs stayed safe at home and got rich. New management who appreciate and treat their employees with respect and fair pay would be helpful.
