Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked at BJs for over 4 years and then they increased starting pay across the board and I then made the same amount of money as brand new employees with no training.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and good to speak too. Managers are rude except our GM. Too much micromanagement.
