Anritsu Company – I really do like the work itself, its broad and touches a ton of different domains, that's my jam. i hate having to sit in a 2000 lumen office doing the same job i did at home for 17 months. My coworkers are great, and that's really whats keeping me here.

Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
Pay is substantially worse here than other companies, like 30 - 50% less. There's not any micro management and its a good working environment though.
Was braucht das Führungsteam, um besser zu werden?
Transparency of what we are actually doing across the board. Steps we are taking to be more competitive, and moving to other revenue options beyond hardware.
Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
Kind, Smart, Driven, and relaxed is the best part. Getting up in arms and pissed isn't going to make a product ship faster, only worse. We at least understand that.
Was ist am positivsten an Kultur und Umgang in Ihrem Unternehmen?
That there hardly is one, i am not a fan of the "company is a family" stuff, so its nice thats not shoved down your throat. Nice, kind people don't have to convince you they're the good guys.
Was läuft falsch und wie kann es verbessert werden?
We are bleeding talent because we refuse to adapt. Forced back into the office by out of touch boomer management, wage increase freezes during the pandemic, PTO limit cuts. Hand wavy excuses for quarterly performance (2+ million dollar in a quarter for SAP rollout, really guys, come on)
