Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New employee coming with less experience but get bigger salary than old employee with 19 years working in Anritsu. I feel very sad, That is why a lot of people left Anritsu.

I am a hard and efficient worker and I can't keep up with the amount of work put on me or my team. We are under staffed but they expect us to get everything done in a timely manner with no mistakes. This was understandable for a while but has now gone on for way too long.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's a vast and complicated multi-national organization. Trying to find the correct person to get a question answered is a frustrating task since the Org charts are so out of date that they are not only useless but impossible to find altogether. It should be mandatory to review/update monthly
