I've worked here over 20 years. I've worked in two departments. Managers encourage employees to move up the ranks.

I like coming to work. My co-workers and managers are great to work with. Benefits are good. I'm proud to say I work at Anritsu. It's relatively close to home so the commute is short. That lowers the stress level of dealing with the heavy traffic in the bay area.

People are easy going and friendly. On-site after work gatherings are fun. The Rec Committee is great. Always thinking of creative themed on-site after work gatherings.

The quarterly meetings provide a good amount of information about successes and failures of our products. What new products are in the works and new fields of business.

Great manager. She always has our back. She's super smart! Our team members cover for each other. No drama. We like each other. Before Covid we used to go out to lunch every week or so.

Medical Insurance. I can't imagine not having the good coverage plans we have to choose from. It would be horrible to be stuck with Obama Care or some other government run, one size fits all, socialized-type plan.

They are fiscally conservative. Even though it would be nice to get free perks like other silicon valley companies offer, it would cut into the company's profits. Nothing is really "free". So I really appreciate the fact that they don't waste our precious profits.

Prior to Covid, I think most employees were friendly & interacted easily with each other. Since coming back to the office there are many new faces, especially in the finance area. Very few people there make an effort to say hello or show any interest in talking to me.

When times are tough they do everything possible to avoid layoffs. They communicate well and make decisions based on good business practices. I think most people enjoy working here. Employees who work here up to 25 years get a parking space with their name on it. There are lot's of those signs here!

The people I work with make it enjoyable to come to work. I never dread it. I think my job is important and I'm proud to tell people outside of Anritsu what I do at work. I've made a lot of friends over the years and will never forget them after my time at Anritsu is over.
