I love seeing my coworker who work will with other.. and Communication. I love seeing the new events in our building.

I have been with Aramark for longer than 98% of my team. I am still considered a "temp" employee, and I have always helped out all departments. And I know I am getting paid less than other supervisors.

The leadership team needs to communicate a lot better. Our leadership team does not respond to constructive "help." They are newer than some employees who have worked at this location, and still do not work well with others. We want our leadership not to blow up at us or employees helping.
